Reduce Cholesterol

You can reduce cholesterol by using prescription medication such as statin drugs but the side effects can be unpleasant to very serious and are often not worth the short-term benefit or outweigh the risk of having high cholesterol. Adopting a low cholesterol well balanced diet, which is also low in fat and complimenting that with regular exercise, supplementation and yoga is a far more effective and safe approach to reduce cholesterol.
